Return and Refund Policy

  1. Custom Orders

    • Custom-designed products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    • We ensure the highest quality standards for all custom items.

  2. Defective Products

    • If you receive a defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

    • Proof of defect, such as photos, may be required during the claims process.

  3. Return Process

    • Contact our support team to initiate a return.

    • Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  4. Refunds

    • Refunds are issued only for defective items. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are allowed for standard items. For custom orders, alterations will be provided instead of exchanges
